Two systems, one clean flow.

Mobile Techs was running two systems that didn't talk, so every job got entered twice. We built a two-way Shopmonkey ↔ ServiceBridge sync on Make.com, plus an SMS layer that keeps customers updated automatically. Live in production.

The same job, typed in twice.

Mobile Techs ran their shop on Shopmonkey and their field work on ServiceBridge, two good tools that didn't talk to each other. Every work order and status change had to be re-entered by hand across both, which burns time and invites mistakes. Meanwhile customers were left in the dark between updates, so the phone kept ringing with “what's the status?”

Wire the two systems together, then let them run.

We mapped exactly how a job moves through both systems, then built the connective tissue on Make.com so work orders and statuses sync automatically between Shopmonkey and ServiceBridge. On top of that we layered SMS updates through Twilio, triggered by status changes, and a satisfaction survey in HubSpot once a job wraps. Carrier-approved texting so the messages actually deliver.

  • A satisfaction (CSAT) survey that fires in HubSpot once a job is complete
  • A carrier-approved (A2P 10DLC) texting setup so every message reliably delivers

Outcomes

  • No more double entry — Work orders and statuses flow between the two systems on their own. The team stopped re-typing the same job into a second tool.
  • Customers stay in the loop — Status-triggered texts update customers automatically, so fewer people call in asking where their job stands.
  • Live and running — The integration and the SMS automation shipped to production and run on their own. A real, working system, not a slide deck.
